The study's goal is to identify the obstacles to the effective adoption of lean construction in the Indian construction industry.According to the findings, "their lack of a long-term philosophy," "the absence of a lean culture in their organizations," "the use of multi-layer subcontracting," and other factors are among the most significant obstacles to the adoption of lean principles, according to Indian building professionals.
